Continuously and stably supplied spare parts for ball mills in Congo

After signing the supply contract for the MQY3660 ball mill with the owner of the copper-cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo at the end of June 2024, our company completed the production tasks on time and with quality as required by the customer. In July 2025, the after-sales technical service personnel were dispatched to the operation site of the ball mill and successfully completed the guidance pf installation and commissioning. The customer was very satisfied with all aspects of our services. At the customer's request, our company's technicians also conducted a survey of other commonly used spare parts at the ball mill site, laying a solid foundation for the supply of spare parts to the customer. In response to the on-site spare parts requirements of the customer, our company has demonstrated full cooperation sincerity, offered competitive prices, and successively completed the production of various spare parts in accordance with the delivery time requirements, especially the ball mill liners, which have been dispatched in batches recently.
