On November 18th, three distinguished Russian clients visited CITIC IC for a factory inspection and project cooperation. Ms. Emily Xu (Foreign Trade Director), Mr. Johnney Si (QC Director), Ms. Dong (Chief Engineer) and Ms. Loreena Lee (Sales Manager) accompanied clients throughout the visit.

During the business meeting, we comprehensively showed our company history, large-scale CNC processing equipment capabilities, core products and technical service advantages.

During the technical exchange, both parties focused on in-depth discussion regarding the rotary kiln project. The clients explained in detail the operational stages and core functions of the granulator, dryer and cooler in the process flow. We precisely confirmed equipment parameters, supply scope and specific brand requirements and answered some technical questions with the clients.

Following the meeting, the clients visited the Heavy-duty Complete Equipment Plant, closely observing the exquisite finished products such as rotary kiln shells, girth gears and kiln tyres. They gained a deeper understanding of the key parameters and stringent quality control standards of large-scale CNC equipment, and highly recognized CITIC IC's production capabilities and product quality.
