On 4th December 2023, inspector from KHD quality department Cologne and Beijing came to CIC for one module 45 girth gear final inspection.
According to the Quality Assurance Plan which has approved by client, both sides did the final inspection, it includes: visual check, dimension check, hardness test, roughness test and NDT test. After checking, the quality is qualified. And the girth gear can be released to next step.
This is second order of module 45 girth gear which was purchased by same owner of Turkey market. First order of M45 gear was delivered in 2016. Owner once has been to CIC to witness the final joint inspection. Owner believes KHD quality control and satisfied with CIC’s manufacture. Thus CIC can supply the service to owner and KHD continually.
CIC will continue the manufacture with serious and rigorous manner to deliver qualified products to client.
