Ductile iron has become an ideal material for supporting rollers and thrust rollers due to its high strength, high wear resistance, good processability and cost advantages, especially for rotary kilns that require long-term stable operation. CIC is the only manufacturer in China that can make high-quality ductile iron supporting rollers and throttle rollers.
On April 17, Japanese customers visited our company to conduct on-site inspections. The customer strictly followed the technical standards to conduct a full range of inspections on supporting rollers, thrust rollers, supporting roller shafts, thrust roller shafts and thrust roller bases.
The material of supporting rollers and thrust rollers is FCD700-2, with a hardness of 260~300HB, heat treatment is quenching and tempering, UT standard is ASTM A609, defect detection sensitivity is Ф6.25 (1/4IN) 80%, and acceptance standard is ASTM A609 Class 2.
In the dimension inspection process, high-precision measuring instruments are used to carefully measure the key dimensions of each component to ensure that it meets the design requirements; In the hardness test, professional hardness testing equipment is used to perform multi-point tests on different parts of the component to obtain accurate data; In the roughness test, optical instruments and roughness meters are used to carefully check the surface processing quality.
After the inspection is completed, the customer reviews the inspection report issued by the company, compares the report data with the on-site measurement results one by one, and verifies the inspection method, inspection environment and other details. After rigorous review, the customer confirmed that all indicators meet the technical specifications and the inspection report is qualified and valid.
The successful passing of this inspection demonstrates the company's high quality and high standards in the production and manufacturing of ductile iron supporting roller assembly and thrust roller assembly, providing a solid guarantee for the subsequent deepening of cooperation.
