Noise generated by cylinders: When the cylinder rotates, the mechanical noise caused by the collision between steel balls and steel balls, and steel balls and steel cylinders can cause mechanical noise, and the noise level radiated outward through the cylinder can reach 115 dBA. Noise generated by motors and transmission machinery: The electromagnetic noise generated by the operation of the motor, the airflow noise generated by the fan, etc. The motor noise is proportional to the motor power and speed, and the mechanical noise of the gearbox is mainly caused by the collision between gears and the mutual friction between components.
Damping sound insulation layer: Wrap the ball shell of the cement ball mill with a layer of sound insulation material to reduce the noise of the cylinder. This method usually reduces the effect, and the effect is not ideal.
Sound insulation cover: Used to enclose the drum part of the cement ball mill, block the path of noise transmission, and thus reduce the radiation noise of the drum. However, the installation of sound insulation covers makes repair and operation difficult. At the same time, since the motor and transmission machinery are enclosed in the sound insulation cover, it is difficult to ventilate the device, and heat dissipation is difficult, and maintenance work is not convenient.
Use manganese steel liner instead of rubber liner. The original manganese steel lining is replaced with a rubber lining. The impact noise between steel ball mill and cylinders can be greatly reduced. The effect is obvious, but there is still a problem with the service life of the rubber lining.
The cement mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with outer gear transmission, two bins, and a grid-type ball mill.
