In the intelligent production workshop, complete hoist production lines operate at high efficiency. All equipment, tested in strict compliance with the ISO 9001 quality management system, is delivered to global mining and port transportation projects. In the precision machining zone, a 3.6X6.0m ball mill destined for a major mining group is being processed. Its cylinder undergoes micron-level finishing on a 6X20m heavy-duty horizontal lathe, while the flange is integrally formed via fully automatic submerged arc welding . Compared to traditional bolted structures, this welded design eliminates loosening risks from long-term vibration, enhancing reliability. With a coaxiality error ≤0.015mm between flange and cylinder, the mill ensures stable, high-efficiency operation at 85% critical speed, significantly reducing maintenance costs for clients.
